TERMS

All orders COD or credit card unless we have an approved credit application on file. Open account terms are net 30 days. Any show orders, pre-season pricing, or sale prices will be re-billed at catalog prices 60 days from date of invoice if not paid in full. Account balances over 60 days will be charged 1 1/4% per month. No surcharge on credit card orders. All open account balances applied to a credit card after 30 days will be charged a 2% processing fee.

Most orders shipped same day UPS. Most printed orders shipped within 5 days. All orders FOB Scottville, MI. No COD ($7.50) charge on orders over $500.00. COD orders under $500.00 add $7.50 COD charge. Any COD customer who has refused a partial COD shipment ( i.e.. The one with the COD ) in the past, will have individual COD charges on every package for future shipment.

All returns must be pre approved. Please use the original packaging if possible. Remove or cover the original shipping label and seal the package securely with tape. Return the items via UPS with delivery confirmation or call for return shipping labels. Please do not send your package COD, by air, or via mail service ( i.e. UPS store, or Pack & Ship ). Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. All returns subject to inspection. Sale price of UNUSED product will be refunded in the manner in which you paid for your order. Refunds will be for merchandise only unless pre approved. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns after 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. All custom made or imprinted items are non-refundable
